π Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:

The product is damaged, defective, or expired upon delivery.
The product packaging is sealed/unopened (for cosmetics and supplements).

π Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Temperature-sensitive medicines or liquids.

Refunds will be processed within 7β10 working days through your original payment method.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
